Are KandyMane’s closures customized?
-Yes, we customize our closures by lightly bleaching and plucking the knots for a more realistic look.
How are the units glueless?
-All of our units are glueless meaning that they are made with an adjustable elastic band sewn on the inside of the wig cap. Glueless units can stay on the head without the use of adhesive glue or tape.
What kind of wig cap do we use for construction?
-All of our units are made on a mesh dome cap that is breathable, solid and durable quality.
What kind of hair is used?
-All units are made with our 100% cuticle aligned virgin hair.
Can I dye my unit?
-Yes, you can dye AND bleach this hair. However, we highly recommend that you color or process your hair by a licensed professional.
How often should I wash my unit?
-We recommend washing you unit 1-2 times each month OR whenever you feel your unit is weighed down by products. Please see our “Maintenance Tips” for some recommended products.
How long will my unit last?
-The longevity of your unit relies on you and how well you care for it. Your KandyMane unit is carefully hand/machine crafted that has been made very high quality. With good care, your units will last years (3+ years) depending on proper care and maintenance. You should take care of your unit as if it was your own hair.
How do I measure my head circumference?
-You should be measuring your head circumference with soft tape. Please see image below for reference.
