KandyMane’s Fulfillment Process

1. You pay for your order
2. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email
3. The Processing period begins. Processing time is 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Business days exclude weekends and holidays
4. After the processing period is over, your order will be created and fulfilled 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS
5. You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. You will receive your tracking number via the email address used on your billing profile
6. Your package is shipped off via Canada Post Postal Service. PLEASE NOTE THAT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY.

How long does it take to ship?

Shipping time occurs after the fulfillment period has finished (1-2 business days).
*Canada- 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS
*United States- 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS
*International- 22 BUSINESS DAYS (International rates will apply). KANDYMANE is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.

**Due to scams and unethical practices, KandyMane will only ship to your billing address**. If the shipping address differs from billing address the order will be cancelled...NO EXCEPTIONS!!
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is entered in correctly. We ask that you please use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the any incorrect information.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. KandyMane does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

What is your return/exchange policy?
-Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please make sure to read the wig description and measure your head circumference accurately before purchasing.
